“We had an issue with connection to a Control 4 system. Orisec sent a sniffer board out to check the signals sent from the panel. They created our own firmware version with an update to slow the baud rate down so that the Control 4 wouldn’t miss packets of information. We had an Orisec developer online taking control of our PC via team viewer. They found the problem, built another firmware version and updated the firmware remotely for us. All in all great technical help. They answer within 3 rings without fail.“
